Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since our products are personalized and made on demand (Print-on-Demand), the following conditions apply:

• Return window: 30 days from the date you receive your order.

• How to start a return: Please contact us by email at printondemand792@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason (e.g., defect, wrong item received).
• Who pays return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defects or incorrect items shipped (we will reimburse return costs in these cases).
• Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7–14 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Exclusions: Personalized or custom-printed products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part (as they are individually made and cannot be resold).
